I'd like to remove the www/quanta package, which is the old KDE2 based 
quanta-1.9.9.2.  The package doesn't build on recent NetBSD's and I can't 
believe that anyone who actually wants to do web page development with quanta 
would be interested in this version (that is to say wouldn't be using KDE3 
and quanta-3.3).

Also having this package around can lead to confusion on what package to build 
for the latest quanta (see PR 23186) especially since that package name has 
moved from quanta3 to kdewebdev3.

Any objections to removing it?
