We currently have 7.3.4 in our tree.  Since then two updates have been
issued.  The change seems simple enough - update
postgresql/Makefile.common and postgresql/patches/patch-af to reflect
the new version and update the checksums.

I already have these changes.  Shall I commit?  I hesitate only because
pkglint complains about a bunch of stuff but not due to these changes.
