Thanks for the suggestion, bu, alas, no dice ...

cwr@achilles$cd /usr/pkgsrc/net/wget/
cwr@achilles$make clean clean-depends
===> Cleaning for wget-1.9.1nb1
===> Cleaning for libtool-base-1.5.6nb1
===> Cleaning for perl-5.8.4
===> Cleaning for openssl-0.9.6m
cwr@achilles$make update
===> Deinstalling for wget
[...]
===> Registering installation for wget-1.9.1nb1
wget-1.9.1nb1 requires installed package openssl-0.9.6m
===> Cleaning for wget-1.9.1nb1
cwr@achilles$pkg_info -a | grep -i wget
cwr@achilles$

I would expect an error message or something, but perhaps the db
is corrupted? Is there a way to force it to rebuild based on
what's actually installed (though this may be tricky, as I've
already cvs up'ed pkgsrc so old versions may not properly be
detected ... don't know).

Of course, other suggestions also welcome :)

Thanks again,
Chris
