Hi,

the general rule is to patch files so they work on every platform.

Is there a way to patch a file which only exists on some platforms but
not on others?

The distfiles for Opera 7 on Solaris and FreeBSD include a script
'install.sh' and I would like to patch this in order to support the
Adobe PDF plugin out-of-the-box^H^H^Hpackage (works at least on Solaris).
