You're right, it wasn't fixed.

Requiring Xft2-2.1.2nb1 wouldn't be enough to successfully build x11/gtk2;
Xft2-2.1.2nb1 after Tue Apr 27 15:10:51 2004 UTC (when patches/patch-aa was
added without bumping PKGREVISION) is needed.
So probably it would make sense to bump Xft2s PKGREVISION and then depend
on Xft2-2.1.2nb2.
