Just upgraded -release-2-0 from CVS and rebuilt. I'll try to rebuild Qt3 and
see if it helps.

That's odd course all Qt3 packages (the latest version 3.3.2 ATM) builds
just fine for me.
BTW they are available online as binary for i386.
