yes, that would make sense.
i got a complaint from wiz, though. invoking make within pkglint is
slow, which i agree with but trying to get the correct value of PKGNAME
and DISTNAME without running make is rather complex and i way above my
perl clue.
i am cosidering to back out the change, what do other people think?
is the slowdown worth the result?
