And another issue that had occurred to me as well as was pointed out by
agc: usually, we have *OWN and *GRP definitoins in the systems .mk
files. Since these are installed at bootstrap time (or part of the base
OS), I wasn't sure if they should be added there instead of here.
I seem to be having this tremendous difficulty with my lifestyle.
