Yes, it does. But I've used "BUILDLINK_PASSTHRU_DIRS+=/usr/pkg/qt3/lib"
instead.

It located in standard /usr/pkg/lib as well as libjpeg.

Should I explicitly pass LDFLAGS in distribution Makefile?
