Is there a way to get all dependencies rebuilt, reinstalled (using
FORCE_PKG_REGISTER) and then packaged?

I'd like to do the above without having to manually go into each
dependency.

I do not want to uninstall first.

If not, I could look at @pkgdep for the package I want, and then @pkgdep
for each dependency and then look PKGPATH (in +BUILD_INFO) to do so.

But I am wondering if there is a mk/bsd.pkg.mk way?
