looks like. Now for packages that expect to include regex.h, what would
be the nicest way to use it on platforms that do not supply their own
regex.h (and respective libs)?

a) for these platforms, patch or otherwise manipulate the respective packages
b) have some pretty trivial package that depends on devel/rx and just
sets symlinks to the relevant files (libs, rx.h)?
c) something else?
