All of these are not installed by default on Debian's base system.

In Debian's base system, mawk is installed, because it's used by many 
scripts.

But all of these packages are installed by c-dev task.  This means that

# tasksel install c-dev

will install them all (along with many other things).  (Tasksel is in 
base system, because Debian's installer allows you to install tasks with 
it.)
