You can add all sort of options to override various warnings, of which -f
overrides all of them. Burning an option for each one won't scale, and is
the wrong way to go IMHO.

For now, I think printing a warning and leaving the file back for manual
handling seems ok.

In what situations would it be desirable to ignore the warning and still
remove the (possibly modified) file? (What problem do you try to solve
here)
