Already packaged. I already use it. mail/mailwrapper.

It needs better COMMENT, it needs to use ${PREFIX}/bin instead of
/usr/bin in the install target.

It needs to use CONF_FILES for the mailer.conf.

It needs to not move the LIBEXECDIR files.

It could have a MESSAGE to tell the admin to make links (instead of
forcing /usr/bin automatically).

(It seems like I have a patch for all this, but not here right now.)
