Hi!

Since I stumbled over this over and over again, I thought
it might be a good idea to have a variable that holds all
files that should be copied in the extract target from
the ${_DISTDIR}/${DIST_SUBDIR} into ${WRKSRC} without
any kind of extraction.

My provisional count gives me 8 packages that could right now
use this.

Perhaps something like COPY_ONLY (so it's a bit like
EXTRACT_ONLY)?

Better names and other comments welcome.
