This is a notice to the pkgsrc community that the php3 and php3-*
packages will be removed from pkgsrc in two weeks time on March 7.
The reason is that the PHP-3.x release is unmaintained by both the
PHP authors and the pkgsrc maintainers.  If you wish to still use
this software, then you will officially be on your own -- you will
need to manually fetch it and install it into your local tree.
