sysutils/file was missing zlib buildlink. So I used:

--- sysutils/file/Makefile	2003/07/21 17:24:14	1.4
+++ sysutils/file/Makefile	2004/02/05 01:18:06

 COMMENT= Tool for determining file type

+PKG_INSTALLATION_TYPES=	overwrite pkgviews
 CONFIGURE_ARGS+=	--enable-fsect-man5

+.include "../../devel/zlib/"

 .include "../../mk/"

I haven't used pkgviews with this. But the above seemed to do the right
thing (which was use libz if needed).

Is it okay?
