Anyone running multiple bulk builds on same system simultaneously without
chroot?

I was thinking that by using MK_CONF to select the mk.conf then more than
one bulk build could be ran at same time.

I want to do this so I can test using X11BASE as LOCALBASE but not
overwrite my really used LOCALBASE.

So I would have a custom mk.conf with my custom LOCALBASE, X11BASE and
custom PKG_DBDIR.

I see that some code in mk/bulk/ does not use -K to select PKG_DBDIR with
pkg_* tools.
