David,

I just noticed that libgcc_eh should already be linked by
gcc3/buildlink2.mk, but this is only when buildlink2 is used.
the gcc and gcc3 packages need to be updated to play nicely with
buildlink3.

you should get the right symlinks if you locally change png to use
buildlink2.
