I really don't think that this is the right thing to do.  Excluding it
does not fix the problem in the bulk-build (that being that JDE fails
due to the sun-jdk requiring human interaction to install), it merely
fixes the symptoms.

Please re-enable it.  *If* we wanted to determine a policy of such
cosmetic changes to please a bulk-build without actually addressing any
real problems, then the syntax should at least be changed to be specific
to bulk-builds (such as .if defined(BATCH)).
