Hi,

fc-cache by default uses only X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/TTF/ directory. Don't you
think it would be wise either to:

- change installation directory of fonts/ms-ttf to "TTF" instead of
"TrueType" (change FONTDIR in Makefile, change PLIST)

or

- patch fc-cache so it can read also "TrueType" directory (needs changes
  in installed etc/fontconfig/fonts.conf)

The problem is, that using "TrueType" instead of "TTF" for TrueType fonts:
- makes configuration harder
- creates 2 directories for the same purpose
- makes new users confused (even if you launch `fc-cache -f', font cache
still won't be rebuilt, because fc-cache doesn't even look to TrueType
  directory)
