IMNSHO, it should be in the fscking base package, ignoring the Cyrus folks'
opinion of whether or not it should be used.  There's no *technical* reason
stopping cyrus-sasl[2]/Makefile from directly enabling the LOGIN auth
module; it's just not enabled because "Cyrus people don't like it."

But this has been fought here before, and cy[2]-login was the annoying
result.  If you want to create a MESSAGE, go right ahead.  :)
