I'd like to commit the patch from pkg/22934. Both parts of the patch
make perfect sense, and indeed the log file issue is a bug (arguably in
Net-SNMP's configure file, actually).

The patch has no side-effect on the package itself, but changes some
exposed variables to the dependencies. It only affect their compilation,
since it's in net-snmp-config.h.

I don't think any PKGREVISION number should be bumped, but I prefer
asking here to be sure.
