[juan@Nocturno][~] grep gtkdoc-fixxref /usr/pkgsrc/*/*/PLIST
But gtk-doc should not be used, strange I've just compiled a gnome-libs
package without any problem.
I don't have any idea why your gnome-libs package is trying to use the
gtk-doc package ...
