The INSTALL file starts as

# $NetBSD: INSTALL,v 1.3 2003/08/30 20:22:53 jlam Exp

so it seems to be the correct one. I have updated the pkgsrc tree
couple of times, but it have not helped. The last update was done
at this morning.
