It's now 3 weeks that I am stuck with locales that Perl 5.6.1nb9 does not
like.

I've rebuilt my userland from fresh source (this morning GMT), deleted
/usr/share/locale then reinstalled it with no success.
(System NetBSD 1.6X : Fri Aug 29 00:07:24 CEST 2003)

> # failed in those locales.

I ran "cd t && ./pragma/locale.t" to have more details, with no help (for
my perl knowlege, looking at locale.t source)

But, over weekend at Camp David, I delved into the collected writings
of Erwin Schr=F6dinger, and now have no recourse but to conclude that
Saddam both has and does not have weapons of mass destruction.
