Can anyone explain why I get these warnings?

I get this warning in maillog:

Yet I have spamd running as:

22:03 yeled@lazy:~$ ps auwx|grep spamd
spamd      76  0.0  5.9 14500 15384 ??  SNs  10:03PM     0:02.21 /usr/pkg/b=
in/perl /usr/pkg/bin/spamd -u spamd -H /var/db/spamd -c=20

and it is working, it increments these db's:

And I call spamc from /usr/pkg/etc/procmailrc:

=66rom postfix.

Which is probably the problem right there. Any tips?
