I'm not sure about this split-up. Eg. crimson and xerces are in seperate=20
categories. jsdk20 and jakarta-servletapi, too. But they libraries for the=20
same purpose.
IMHO we should start with moving all Java related packages from "lang" and=20
"devel" to "java" only and decide about the other packages later. We could=20
add the "java" catogry to those packages, though.
