I personally consider this package "stable", and I'd like to recommend
moving it into lang/ at pkgsrc maintainers' discretion.  If this is done,
I'll update the .include statements in wip/jdk1[23]-openjit, which use
jdk-openjit as a template.

(I'll be making recommendations on the jdk12* packages later, after some
more cleanup and review; jdk13* is still not ready for prime time.)
