Subject: updating via pkg_chk and missing packages

I use pkgchk to update my packages.
But there is one problem with pkgchk:
man pages:
"Note: If the update fails (particularly when building
from source), the system will be left with missing
packaged."

So, accidentally, I found that png depends on zlib,
but zlib was not installed, update failed a couple of
times in all this time using pkgsrc.

Then, maybe the problem can be solved updating png.

there is a way I can check all dependencies to find
the missing ones?

regards

César
