1) qmail can be configured to use procmail

2) /etc/rc script doesn't include LOCALBASE in PATH

3) IMO qmail boot scripts (installed in /var/qmail/boot) should be
patched to include LOCALBASE by default

The problem is: how could I do that in a correct, NetBSD way?

My ideas:

1) include ${LOCALBASE} in files/patch-a? - is that possible?

2) use sed in pre-install to add LOCALBASE to PATH in qmail boot scripts.

Which would be correct?
