I'm ready to submit patches for print/tex-musixtex and
print/tex-bagpipetex so they can install with teTeX2 installed.  There's  
nothing AFAIK that ties them to the new one or old.  The following 
statement from the updated Makefiles works, but I'm unsure if it's 
entirely proper:

DEPENDS+=       teTeX[12]-[0-9]*:../../print/teTeX[12]
