Don't know what caused your filesystem corruption, but anyway you
should make an UFS diskimage for pkgsrc (and probably /usr/pkg). I
made one image with links from /usr/pkgsrc and /usr/pkg into
/Volumes/NetBSD. The HFS OSX filesystem's case insensitivity and stuff
like that confuses pkgsrc, so you need a UFS one. The bootstrap-darwin
contains all the instructions and scripts to make such a diskimage I
believe.
