what's the difference between netbsd-1-6 and netbsd-1-6-1 pkgsrc tags?
does it follow the same conventions as src, IE netbsd-1-6 always gives
you the latest 1.6.x while netbsd-1-6-1 gives you a frozen 1.6.1 only?

I'm trying to figure out which tag I should track for my machines, which
are a mixture of 1-4, 1-5, and 1-6, mostly i386 and pmax.
