I was in the process of updating a package today and noticed that it
installs stuff to these 3 directories which are not in *.pkg.dist

${PKGLOCALEDIR}/locale/{de_DE,ja_JP,nl_NL}/LC_MESSAGES

Should these be added to pkgsrc/mk/*.pkg.dist or should the package be
patched to just use {de,ja,nl}?
