Subject: pkgsrc Ignoring file containing `..'

updated 1.6 to current -D 20030122

i have made some pkgsrc/*/*/PLISTs containing
../../etc/filenames

make package & pkg_add performed well at 1.6
though at current i get:
tar: Ignoring file containing `..' (../../etc/filename)

should i alter my pkgs Makefiles not to write outside PREFIX.
and let
INSTALL_FILE=   ${WRKDIR}/INSTALL
do the writing at ${PKG_PREFIX}/../../etc/filename
??
pkg-system getting more strict.

or
is it a 'temporally-misbehaviour' of the pkg-system.?

thanx,
~n
