Se thread with subject: "everything is a dependency and preventing
removal".

Hopefully, this will help me so users can't delete essential pkg_install,
ftp, sh-utils, tar, glibc or kernel, for example.

I need to try this. (Thanks Alistair!) Hopefully, I can do upgrades with
out a pkg_delete first.
