Hello,

Emacs (editors/emacs, currently 20.7) counts the time make(1) runs in
the source and increments their internal build revesion.

Pkgsrc needs to run make(1) twice (one for build, one for
installation), so the internal build revision _always_ becomes '2'
(Emacs 20.7.2) in Pkgsrc.  Is this right?
