Neither sol26 nor sol28 have a yacc (at least that I can find).

This causes a number of packages in pkgsrc to fail to build, as yacc
is in the base system of NetBSD and those packages assume it will be
in the user's path when building.

Packages which I have noticed so far are fetchmail and flex, but I'm
sure there are others.
