-r1.18 of graphics/netpbm/patches/patch-aa "fixed" build problems on
Solaris, but assumes the user hasn't built devel/binutils to replace
local /usr/ccs/bin/ld (as I've done).

LDSHLIB = -Wl,-B,dynamic,-G,-h,$(SONAME)
endif

GNU ld (version 2.11.2 as per pkgsrc) doesn't understand -B.

What's the correct way to fix this?
