I am running a 1.5 branch NetBSD machine.  When upgrading the cvs package to
1.11.2, I ran into a makeinfo error:

My /usr/bin/makeinfo is "makeinfo (GNU texinfo 3.12) 1.68"
My /usr/pkg/bin/makeinfo is "makeinfo (GNU texinfo) 4.3", and was able to
generate the .info file with no problem.
