Here is a newer gtar-base:
It uses ftp://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/tar/tar-1.13.25.tar.gz
Has a couple patches from recent security advisory and from Red Hat's
fixed version. (I need to test again...)
And I slightly updated manual page. How was it made before? texi-to-nroff
It installs usr/pkg/info/tar.info so it conflicts with gtar-info-1.12.
Maybe gtar-info-1.12 isn't needed?
Also, it may need DESCR updated.
I made new PLIST.NetBSD, but not the other PLISTs.
It also installed libexec/grmt -- but no man page.

p.s. We need to get rid of this forced "g" prefix; it should be customized
via mk.conf. I send-pr'd about GNU_PROGRAM_PREFIX idea.
