Maybe the mirror you're using had not updated the file yet. Pkgsrc is a
moving target and something like this can always happen.

You can fetch it like this:

  $ cd /usr/pkgsrc/mk/buildlink2
  $ cvs update bsd.buildlink2.mk

'cvs' takes the necessary information from the CVS directory in
pkgsrc/mk/buildlink2/.
