Hi,

I have a problem on my lapdog:
Even though packages are installed, they are not recognized, when other
packages that depend on them look for them.  I updated pkgsrc from
scratch, but still no success.

Example:

(1) [jschauma]$ cd x11/wmweather
/usr/pkgsrc/x11/wmweather
(2) [wmweather]$ make show-installed-depends
perl>=5.0 =>
(3) [wmweather]$ pkg_info -e perl
perl-5.6.1nb7
(4) [wmweather]$

pkg_admin rebuild didn't help, either.  What's going on?
