But again, I'd expect this to cause a huge *CPU* load. I have
traced konsole put a sorted listing of NAMI entries on

According to this listing, shared libraries are accessed
several times (e.g. libX11.so: 29 times). It's not clear to
me why this is necessary. Is this caused by libtool?
