tech-pkg: tcl-itcl and blt install the same files

Hi, all.
I am not sure if this is a *bug*? It is harmless. :)
When I install lang/tcl-itcl first then install x11/blt,
I get such messages:
===> Registering installation for blt-2.4o
pkg_create: Overwriting /usr/pkg/man/mann/tabset.n - pkg tcl-itcl-3.2 bogus/conflicting?
pkg_create: Overwriting /usr/pkg/man/mann/watch.n - pkg tcl-itcl-3.2 bogus/conflicting?
blt-2.4o requires installed package tcl-8.3.4
blt-2.4o requires installed package tk-8.3.4

Them both share tabset.n and watch.n.
