FYI the newest version of PCL-CVS is an integral part of Emacs-21.2.
Personally I'd want to have this package conflict with editors/emacs21
since 2.9.9 is significantly out-of-date w.r.t. the integrated version.
(to the group: when's editors/emacs21 moving to editors/emacs?)
