Hi everybody,

  is there any specific reason not to rename the autoconf-devel-2.52
package to autoconf-2.52 (I'm talking about the package name here, not
the directory name, which would remain 'autoconf-devel', of course). 
This would remove the necessity for the explicit CONFLICTS line with
autoconf-[0-9]*.

  This would also allow people to use autoconf-devel in place auf
autoconf without requiring changes to other packages' DEPENDS (and thus
closing PR pkg/16275, for example).

  Any objections to committing these changes (after the pkgsrc tag, of
course)?
