I have did some changes about mkttfdir:
- add some known_foundries in ttfinfo.c to support more correct foundry name
  instead of "misc".
- rearrange codes in mkttfdir.in for speed-up, I think this is true
  especially if you have large volumes of ttf. :)

If no problem, I hope we could use it in our pkgsrc. ;)
