There's p5-Jcode vs. p5-jcode. Haven't noticed any other ones yet. A
data point: other than these, the problems I've encountered thus far
with pkgsrc on Mac OS X have been unrelated to case. And I'm still on
HFS+. :-)

I also like Bill's idea of a pkgsrc flag for filesystem
case-sensitivity.
